PCE has over 40 years’ experience in installing emergency warning equipment, both visual and audio, and a range of communication solutions to covert and front-line emergency service vehicles. They are Home Office approved installers and managed service providers for Airwave, mobile data and patient reporting systems.
About Hytera Communications
Hytera Communications is a global provider of two-way radio communications. Hytera develop and manufacture innovative solutions to meet customer requirements.
PCE is an authorised dealer of Hytera products and has deployed numerous Hytera two-way radio solutions for a number of their valued clients. The two businesses decided to collaborate at ESS due to PCE’s expertise and knowledge of the blue light sector and Hytera’s niche product range aimed at front-line emergency service staff.
At the ESS
The PCE team will showcase their customised and fully connected Mitsubishi Shogun, installed with the latest emergency warning equipment and in-vehicle communication solutions designed for today’s mission critical deployment. Over the two days, visitors can see a demonstration of covert lights and communications equipment installed by PCE’s very own in-house FITAS accredited engineering team. Members of the engineering and radio teams will be on hand to guide delegates through the intricacies of a professional installation.
Fleet Services Director, Andy Trout says: “Once again PCE is pleased to present their latest demonstration vehicle at ESS. We want to help delegates gain a more thorough understanding of what is required for a professional, safe and reliable installation. PCE has been serving the blue light community for over 40 years and is proud of the relationships and the reputation we have built in the marketplace”.
Hytera’s Senior Partner Manager, Steve Rosewell will be on the stand, and along with the PCE team, will demonstrate some key products that could benefit front-line emergency service personnel. These include:
The VM685 Bodycam. This body-worn camera is an ideal solution for any customer facing staff to capture, store and share evidence from the field. This solution can calm potentially escalating incidents and provide protection to users. Delegates will be able to see a Bodycam in action, testing its simple to use interface, its high definition video capture (1080p at 60 frames per second) and its data upload and playback capabilities.
The powerful in-vehicle MD785. This versatile digital solution allows for improved operations and incident response rates. Hooked up to PCE’s Mitsubishi Shogun, delegates will be able to get a feel for this easy-to-operate yet highly sophisticated product.
The PDC760 Multi-mode Advanced radio. This offers a unified communication experience with rich applications and high-level data security. Perfect for mission critical situations.
Steve Rosewell, Senior Key Partner Manager at Hytera says: “ESS has always been the number one place to see the advancements in technology within the emergency service. We look forward to working with PCE to show the industry the innovative ways we can improve their efficiency and safety”.
Both PCE and Hytera look forward to welcoming delegates to stand F13.
